We guarantee all items to be authentic antiquities.
After inspection and approval (see return policy), if an item is
deemed not to be authentic, 100% of the purchase price will be
refunded under the following conditions:

If an item is deemed not to be authentic it must be
in writing by a nationally recognized authority.
- The item must be returned in the exact
condition in which it was received.
- The buyer must contact us prior to returning
an item.
Payment Policy
We accept money orders, cashiers checks, personal
checks, Visa or MasterCard. Items paid by personal check will be
held until check clears, usually 7-10 business days. A minimum
$35.00 fee will be charged on any returned check. Please call

Return Policy
Every item has been described to the best of our
ability and is guaranteed as described and pictured. If you have
any questions, please ask before you buy. If you are not satisfied
with your purchase, we must be contacted in
advance in case of a return and returns must be shipped within 3
days (72 hours) of receipt of the item, NO EXCEPTIONS.
A full refund will be made, less shipping, if the item is returned
in the same condition as it was originally sent, that is to say
no damage, cleaning or taking apart of the item.
Shipping and insurance expense is the customer's responsibility.
Insurance is mandatory.
Shipping
We ship via U.S. Postal Service Priority with
insurance or FedEx overnight with insurance. We pack our items very
carefully and once the item is shipped, any damage or loss will be between the buyer and the
carrier.
Notice
All firearms are sold as an
antique or collectible. They are not considered to be safe
of functional, i.e.. NEVER fire or even attempt to load
an antique firearm. The buyer assumes any and all
liability contingent their attempted use.
